Shipping & Delivery

At Mother Restored, we want your experience to be as seamless as your journey toward restoration. Below are the details regarding how your orders are prepared and delivered.

Processing & Production

  • Production Time: Because each of our items is made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is ready to ship.

  • Shipment Notifications: As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Tracking Your Package

  • Once your item is in the hands of the carrier, we encourage you to use the tracking link provided in your confirmation email to monitor your package. Please refer directly to the carrier’s tracking portal (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for the most accurate and up-to-date delivery estimates.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

  • Carrier Responsibility: At Mother Restored (Plus God LLC), our responsibility for your package ends once it has been successfully handed off to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

  • Filing a Claim: Should any issues arise during shipping, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier used for your delivery. They are best equipped to resolve transit-related concerns.

Shipping Costs & Returns

  • Shipping Fees: All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Returns for Inspection: In the rare event that we request a return for product inspection, please ensure the item is packed securely. To help us process your request quickly, please be sure to include your original order number inside the box.

Refunds & Exchanges

At Mother Restored, we strive for excellence in every product we create. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we are committed to handling your requests with care and clarity.

Our Policy

To ensure we maintain the highest quality standards, all requests for refunds or exchanges are subject to the following guidelines:

  • Prior Inspection Required: Any item returned for a refund or exchange must be inspected by our team prior to any approval. Please do not ship items back to us without first contacting our support team to initiate the process.

  • Condition of Items: To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be in their original, unused condition. Upon inspection, if an item is deemed "damaged" due to customer handling, wear, or misuse, the request for a refund or exchange will be rejected.

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and the inspection is complete, please allow 14 to 30 business days for your refund or exchange to be fully processed.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

How to Initiate a Request

If you believe your item qualifies for a refund or exchange, please reach out to our support team at [Insert Email Address] with your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide you with further instructions on how to securely package and ship the item for inspection.

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should email us first at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
